1. How long do helium balloons float?
   Latex helium balloons typically float 8–12 hours indoors, depending on room temperature and airflow. Cooler environments help extend float time.
    

2. Do you deliver outdoors?
   No. Speedy Balloons installations are designed for indoor display only. We do not guarantee performance outdoors due to heat and wind exposure.
    

3. Do you offer same-day delivery?
   Yes. Orders are accepted until 8:00 PM EST, 7 days a week.
    

4. Do you offer 1-hour delivery?
   Yes. Our 1-hour delivery upgrade is available within 5 miles of 33919 for an additional fee.
    

5. What areas do you serve?
   We deliver across Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Bonita Springs, Naples, and surrounding Southwest Florida areas.
    

6. How much is delivery?
   Delivery is $35 within 10 miles of 33919.
   Beyond 10 miles, delivery is $3 per additional mile.
    

7. Can I choose custom colors?
   We offer curated color themes based on current inventory to ensure fast and consistent delivery. Custom color requests are not available at this time.
    

8. What is included in each bundle?
   Each bundle includes premium latex helium balloons, coordinated ribbon, and an Indoor Stability Kit with the appropriate number of anchor weights based on bundle size.
    

9. Do your balloons include metallic or chrome finishes?
   Yes. Our curated themes incorporate both standard and chrome/metallic latex accents for a refined presentation.
    

10. Can I schedule delivery in advance?
    Yes. You may select your preferred delivery date and time during checkout.
     

11. Do you offer pickup?
    Yes. Pickup is available by scheduled window. Details are provided after checkout confirmation.
     

12. What happens if no one is home at delivery?
    If no one is available, we will attempt contact. Balloons may be left in a safe indoor-accessible area if permitted. We do not leave balloons exposed outdoors.
     

13. Do you deliver to hospitals or offices?
    Yes, when permitted by the facility. Please confirm latex policies in advance, as some medical facilities restrict latex balloons.
     

14. What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept all major credit and debit cards through secure online checkout.
     

15. Can I include a gift message?
    Yes. A complimentary message card is included with every order. You may add your message during checkout.
